Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, email us within 60 days of receiving your order at support@ceylo.com. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ceylo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. We will supply tracking information and carrier details for you to investigate.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@ceylo.com and we will take care of you.

Shipping Returns

Contact support@ceylo.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Priority shipping costs are non-refundable.
