Shipping Policy

At Ceylo, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of being placed. During peak periods, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders, with free shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

  • United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–25 business days after dispatch

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In rare cases, customs clearance may extend delivery to up to 40 days.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Ceylo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional Priority Insured Shipping at checkout. If selected, your order is fully covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit — simply contact us and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

If shipping insurance is not selected, Ceylo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier, except where required by law. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item(s) only and does not extend to any indirect losses, consequential damages, or additional costs incurred by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ceylo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ceylo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made, and any resulting delays or losses will not be the responsibility of Ceylo.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in more than one package due to stock availability or warehouse location. If this occurs, you may receive your items at different times. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment where applicable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and relevant details. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbours, or your local courier.
